Commentary:
Thank you for taking the time to look at what we are all about. When we came together to form Cascade Pacific Home Loans, our intent was to create a company that was built by Loan Originators for the benefit of the Loan Originators on our team. The Win / Win Concept has a multitude of meanings but simply put with us, all parties in a transaction must come away feeling like they got what they came for and gave value back in return.

The belief that you can under promise and over deliver in service helps to meet and exceed the client’s expectations. This is what we strive to achieve every day! We are proud of what we’ve accomplished.

Having spent 30 years in Sales, Lending, and Compliance, delivering quality service has become the number one priority. Working in the auto industry as a Finance Director and having been instrumental in the evolution of automated underwriting and credit approvals made for an easy transition to the mortgage industry.  It also gave a distinct advantage over those who were starting out from scratch. I opened South Bay Mortgage Co in 2003 after working in several home loan shops as an originator, manager, and compliance officer. We wanted to take service to a higher level. As the lending industry has changed during the past few years, the desire to add more strength to our platform is what brought us together to form Cascade Pacific Home Loans. We believe that having the ability to offer the most advantages to our staff and our clients give us an edge in this competitive marketplace!
